Hello, I am Stu Carter, and I run this place.
I was a Navy officer for 20 years. Then I ran an online toy store for about 14 years. Now I am a toy reporter.
I test, evaluate, experiment on, and report about toys and dolls from my Top Secret toy testing lab, located in a remote island in the Pacific Ocean.
